The foundation’s roots lie in a small village in northern Burgos and in the wider history of Castile.
Nofuentes
A village beside the river Nela.
Nofuentes belongs to the Merindad de Cuesta Urria. Its church of San Pedro y San Pablo and its stone houses are where this story begins.
